Felix Barry Moore is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Alabama's 1st congressional district since 2025. It includes the entirety of Baldwin, Coffee, Covington, Dale, Escambia, Geneva, Henry, and Houston counties, as well as most of Mobile County. The largest city in the district is Mobile. He represented the 91st district in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018.
