City recovers money for spring yard waste service costs This assessment covers St. Paul's actual cost to pick up and dispose of yard waste that residents set out but didn't pay for during the second quarter.
Assessment added to your property tax bill The unpaid yard waste cost becomes a charge on your property, so you'll pay it along with property taxes unless you dispute it at the January 2027 public hearing.
