Ramsey County file 2026-329, before the Ramsey County Board. Passed as of 2026-09-08.
Latest action: Passed
Adult residents can access basic education classes Ramsey joins with other cities to offer adult basic education, letting residents take classes in reading, math, and English without traveling far.
Cities share costs and programs across the region By pooling resources with other cities, Ramsey spreads the cost of adult education and can offer more classes than it could alone.
Which programs and classes are actually available unclear The agreement itself does not spell out which classes or how many seats Ramsey residents will get, so the real benefit depends on what the consortium chooses to offer.
